Electrical Design Engineer Leeds £30,000-£40,000 per annum A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Leeds is seeking a talented and driven Electrical Design Engineer to join their dynamic team. If you’re passionate about engineering, design innovation, and sustainable solutions, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Design and develop innovative electrical systems for various commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Work collaboratively with architects, mechanical engineers, and sustainability consultants to deliver integrated building services solutions. Prepare electrical design specifications, calculations, and schematics using industry-standard software. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice, and sustainability certifications (e.g., BREEAM, LEED). Engage in project management tasks, including client meetings, site visits, and coordination with contractors.What We’re Looking For: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in electrical building services design. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux). A solid understanding of electrical regulations and standards. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Experience or interest in sustainable design practices is a plus!Interested?
