About Our Client

We are a leading construction company specializing in residential development. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing site in the Leeds area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress, addressing any issues that may arise.

- Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

- Maintain health and safety standards, promoting a culture of safety on site.

- Prepare and maintain accurate site records and reports.

Requirements:

- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

- Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within new build housing projects.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions effectively under pressure.

- A proactive and organized approach to site management.
