Role: Site Engineer Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Car/Allowance + Package Location: Bromsgrove Start Date: As soon as possible Reporting to: Project Manager The Site Engineer role Site Engineer required to work with a growing business taking on interesting and diverse civil engineering projects in the Midlands area. As a result of several project wins, my client have an opening for a Site Engineer to help them in an important time in their development. They are looking for a Site Engineer who comes from a civil engineering background. The right Site Engineer will be someone who wants to work for a contractor who values their career and wants to grow, progression is guaranteed with this business, with low staff turnover and long-term frameworks, this contractor recognises that staff progression and development are key metrics to their success. Competencies of the Site Engineer Relevant HND/Degree in a Construction/Civil Engineering field First Aid at Work SMSTS (Advantageous) Track record of working on civils projects A background in any civil engineering discipline Responsibilities of the Site Engineer Setting out for project Interpret and execute from construction drawings Supervise subcontractors Keep accurate site records and site diaries Record ordering of plant and materials Supervise and direct subcontractors Produce permits, risk assessments, method statements, work package plans and task briefings For more information on this Site Engineer role or to discuss your next career move then please call Jamie @ PSR Solutions.
