It Support Engineer

We are delighted to be working with this growing company based just north of Peterborough. They are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled IT candidate to build on their previous experience and develop their career. Key responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining the company IT systems and infrastructure * Resolve IT issues in person and remotely across several offices * Windows server administration * Escalate tickets to other teams as required * Help manage suppliers and equipment procurement * Assisting on implementation projects The successful candidate will have: * Experience in similar role or relevant degree qualification * Good general knowledge of Windows systems and Microsoft applications * Understanding of Active Directory, M365, Azure, Hyper-V and Networking * Drive to develop and progress within IT * Strong communication skills * Outstanding organisational skills and ability to hit deadlines * Driving Licence (Essential) If this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Sam ASAP or apply via this advert!
