Class 1 Driver

Description - The Recruiting Co, acting as an employment business, are now looking to recruit Class 1 Drivers for our client based in Tamworth. Our client is a well established, specialist road transport and warehousing company which operates from its head office location in Tamworth in the heart of the UK, who are now looking for additional Class 1 Drivers to join their team. Working hours; This is a 24/7 operation so various start times and shift patterns available Pay; £17.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £19.00 per hour Saturdays and £20.00 per hour Sundays Location; Tamworth (B77) IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE Duties include; - Trunking to RDC's and NDC's nationwide - Drivers will be expected to back on to a loading bay to be unloaded - Tralior swaps can also be included so previous experience required - Drivers may also be required to open a curtain and wait to be unloaded by a forklift. - Completing all relevant paper work after each delivery - Working in a professional manner in line with company guidelines To be considered for this role you must have the following; - HGV C+E Licence for a minimum of 1 year - Full CPC - Digital Tacho Card - Hi-Viz and Boots To apply for this role, please click on the link below
