Who Are You?

You are a passionate wine expert who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar Sommelier positions.
• Ideally has a strong understanding of French and Italian Wines and pairings
• Possesses an excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Is highly customer-focused, viewing any complaint as an opportunity to enhance the guest experience.
• Communicates in a friendly yet professional manner.

What Does the Role Entail?

As a Sommelier, your responsibilities will include:

• Curating and managing an extensive wine list that complements our menu.
• Assisting guests with wine selections, and providing expert recommendations tailored to their tastes.
• Conducting wine tastings and training staff on wine service and pairings.
• Ensuring proper storage and maintenance of the wine inventory.
• Staying updated on industry trends and new wine offerings.
