Business Systems Manager

Our client is seeking a talented Business Systems Manager to lead their Business Systems team and drive the support, configuration, administration, and enhancement of their business applications. Your RoleAs the Business Systems Manager, you will: Lead a team of engineers and analysts. Ensure the provision of a fully integrated, efficient, and customer-focused applications service. Provide continuous support and maintenance of various applications. Identify and address potential problems and trends in application performance. Offer technical expertise in the specification, procurement, and implementation of application-related products and services. Develop and document operational standards and procedures. Communicate with stakeholders regarding change management, system performance, and business needs. Identify gaps in user knowledge and develop documentation to maximise system effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement through development, UAT, training, and implementation. What You Need to Succeed 4+ years of experience in an engineering or equivalent working environment. Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office applications. A degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience. Outstanding attention to detail and superior time and project management skills. Experience in team management and coordinating testing, changes, upgrades, and new services. Basic understanding of MS SQL Server and SQL for basic queries. Basic experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps within the Microsoft environment.
