Job Requirements / Description
Our Client is looking for a General Manager for a 12 month temporary role. This role is for The Bulingdon Prison in Bicester. Shift times are Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 Pay rate 19.64. You must qualify for an enhanced DBS and been a UK resident for 5 years. There is no sponsorship on offer for this role. Please see the Job Specification below.
Responsibilities include overall operational management and financial performance of the unit, overseeing prisoner catering and staff coffee shop. Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage stock levels and ensure operational processes are in place. Focus on customer service, implement marketing tools to boost sales, and maintain company policies. Manage supplier relationships, compliance, finances, team management, and health and safety.
