The Role: Primary focus on Shipping Litigation and arbitration matters. Litigation work before the Commercial Court in London and some other jurisdictions. Develop your legal skills as a contract Lawyer Arbitration work may be institutional (Typically ICC, LCIA or SIAC) Complex marine incidents, Charter party disputes, carriage of goods. Exposure to a wide range of clients. Drafting and advisory work. Clients include some of the largest Shipowners, Charterers, P&I Clubs, Shipyard and Banks. Freedom and support to develop own network. Hybrid working is fully open to discussion.
