Algorithm Development Lead £55,000 to £58,000 (DOE) Stevenage Algorithm Development Lead As the leader of algorithm development in Stevenage, you will have the chance to influence the technical direction of projects and grow your team to meet future demands. You will also serve as the key point of contact for guidance, control, and navigation (GCN) algorithms, managing relationships with both partners and clients. You’ll collaborate with a highly skilled team of engineers on advanced and complex technologies. The role will involve working with other specialties such as simulation and modelling, image processing, software development, navigation sensors, hardware-in-the-loop systems, systems design and validation, seekers and sensors, datalinks, and technical quality assurance.
