Multi Trader - Social Housing Location: Canterbury £160-£175 per day - Own Van One of our property maintenance clients are currently looking for Multi-Skilled Operatives, to join their growing team on a self-employed basis, to carry out reactive and planned works across the CT postcode area of Kent in a social housing environment. Day rate of £160-£175 per day dependant on experience, and operatives will need their own Van and tools. Successful operatives will need experience in 3 of the 4 below skills: Carpentry Plumbing Plastering TilingDay to day duties: Carrying out reactive repairs in occupied and void properties Responsible for duties to include but not limited to - hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows / doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units, taps, basins, patch plastering, full walls and ceilings.
