Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) is looking for a Senior ProductManager to join us on our mission to: optimize, simplify and streamline themanagement and expansion of one of the most advanced, large, complex and ever-growing fulfillment networks in the world. We are part of the First Mile orCustomer Fulfillment operation within Amazons vast supply chain supportingFulfillment centres (FCs) that inbound, store, process and ship customerorders. We do so by building technical solutions that have a direct impact onimproving customer experience by making our processes safer, simpler andeasier for thousands of Associates and front line managers. Our solutions varyfrom internal websites, low latency applications that run on devices andworkstations in our Fulfillment Centers, IoT systems and optimization models. Customer Fulfillment is a broad domain and our organization has a good degreeof freedom regarding which projects to implement and the technologies to use. In this team you will be able to work on brand new products, using the latestcloud technologies. We also partner with other global tech teams and workautonomously on their systems to improve existing capabilities or create newones. Exposure to both kind of projects will allow you to have an impact on how wedelight our customers from click to delivery, while learning Amazon’sengineering best practices. Key job responsibilities • Own product strategy, feature design, and implementation across Europe forrange of ACES products partnering with an in-house technical and programteams. • Handle complex product development and business management scenarios whileevaluating various trade-offs (time vs. effort vs. features) • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key externalpartners. Develop metrics and KPIs to track impact. • Work cross-functionally with multiple worldwide stakeholder (operations,tech, other product teams, finance, analytics, etc.) teams to deliverinitiatives and features. • Own business and product success metrics through coordination acrosstechnology, operations, and product stakeholders. • Gather customer feedback on product and features to drive continuousimprovement • Gain a deep understanding of fulfillment operations, identify and fillproduct gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience, operatorproductivity and drive growth. About the team The ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) team owns the standards forprocess, training, equipment, and building layout for Amazon’s EuropeanFulfillment Center network. We lead large scale programs that driveoperational improvement and support other teams in Amazon to deliver improvedsolutions and expand the network. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors degree - Experience blending product and program management skills to executestrategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement - Experience owningdriving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience as a product manager or owner - Strong numerical and analytical abilities with experience using qualitativeand quantitative skills to develop product program strategies ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience owning technology products Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
