Identity and Access Management (IAM) – Assistant Manager Location: London (Hybrid working) Salary: £52,000 - £65,000 Overview Join one of the Big 4 Consulting Firms in their Cyber Security Team as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) – Assistant Manager. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-quality IAM work for a range of clients. As an IAM Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering top-tier services in the IAM domain. You'll have the chance to engage in a variety of challenging projects, from defining IAM strategies and conducting IAM control reviews to leading large-scale IAM transformations. Key Responsibilities Lead IAM project workstreams from inception to completion. Provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls. Support the development of strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans across multiple IAM domains. Offer specialist knowledge on IAM tools and their integration with client IT systems. Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Key Requirements Demonstrated experience in IAM requirements gathering, strategy development, and design. Proven track record of managing and delivering IAM project components. Hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Entra ID.
