But supply teaching offers much more than you may think, and we are seeking individuals who possess: The ability to quickly build rapport and understand the needs of learners Prior experience teaching in a UK School Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS), or equivalent I provide expert support throughout the entire recruitment process and take pride in offering valuable feedback to help candidates succeed.
