Specialising in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), we empower utility companies with advanced consultancy, services, and asset management integration. We are seeking an experienced GIS Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth by selling GIS solutions to key utility companies across the UK. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts for our GIS consultancy and services. You will play a pivotal role in helping utility companies optimise their asset management and operational efficiency by leveraging ESRI-based solutions and other advanced GIS technologies. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the UK utility sector, with a focus on GIS consultancy, services, and asset management integration. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within utilities. * Identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and offering tailored GIS solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service and successful implementations. * Stay up to date with industry trends, particularly in GIS, asset management, and utilities, to effectively position the company’s solutions. * Meet and exceed sales targets, driving sustainable growth within the utility sector. Key Qualifications: * Proven track record of selling GIS solutions, particularly to utility companies (water, gas, electricity). * In-depth knowledge of GIS platforms, specifically ESRI solutions, and their application in asset management and utilities. * Experience in developing and managing long-term client relationships in the utilities sector. * Strong understanding of asset management integration, spatial data, and how GIS supports utility operations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently, managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets in a dynamic environment. * Knowledge of the UK utility landscape and regulatory environment is highly desirable.
