Role: Graduate Teaching AssistantLocation: BarnetStart Date: ASAPDay Rate: £85 to £95 a dayAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the learning and development of the students, whilst gaining valuable experience in the field of education.Responsibilities:• Assist with planning and delivery of lessons under the guidance of the class teacher• Work with individuals or small groups of students to provide additional support and guidance• Help to monitor student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher• Support the class teacher with administrative tasks such as preparing materials and marking• Attend and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions as requiredRequirements:• A strong passion for education and helping young people to achieve their potential• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to work effectively as part of a team• Flexibility and adaptabilityExperience of working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential.This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Teaching Assistant looking to gain experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.
