What's involved?
As the successful Sous Chef, you will support a talented Head Chef, to maintain consistency across the restaurant, offering guests relaxed and playful dishes.
Previous experience required would be working to a similar 2AA Rosette standard and be comfortable with running all aspects of the kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef.
