Equity options Succession planning to CTO. £120,000 - £140,000 basic What you will do Work within a multi-disciplined team of talented engineers. Lead and grow a software engineering function. Be a part of the leadership team and report directly to the CTO. Communicate technology strategy to all levels of the team. Continually strive to improve processes and ensure best practice. Actively participate in the hiring strategy. What you will need Experience of leading geo-dispersed tech teams. Background in working in payments. Commercial mindset and extensive project management experience. Strong technical and engineering background. Strong leadership experience. Ideally experience working in small – med organisations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Happy to travel occasionally to offices.
