PA to Partners-£35k-£42k Permanent Camden Office based 5 days 8.30am-5.30pm An award-winning and established UK based Architects Practice require a highly organised Executive PA to join their PA team to support 3 Partners. Duties Included: Complex Diary management- inbox management/correspondence on partners behalf Travel arranging-domestic trains, itineraries, agendas and hotels Arranging and setting up meetings both internally and externally Act as first point of contact for all internal communication Working closing with the HR team- handling confidential and sensitive information Preparing all documentation for meetings: formatting, reports, proposals and presentations Experience with BID's desirable not essentialExperience Required: Previous PA experience within Architecture/creative industry desirable not essential Happy to work in the office 5 days per week Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Highly organised and proactive on top of diaries and whereabouts at all times Working knowledge of MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong organisation and planning skills and able to prioritise Excellent time management skills, with good ability to prioritise and manage expectations effectivelyIf you are an highly organised PA looking for your next PA position please send your CV forward ASAP Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
