Production Supervisor Permanent role Monday to Thursday only 7am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week) £15.00 per hour to £16.50 per hour Based in Telford, Hortonwood area Working in a manufacturing and production environment Ideally with Team leading / Supervisory experience Working in the Dip Moulding department Duties of a Production Supervisor Managing a team of people Monitor output vs achievements vs targets Run the Dip Moulding section to schedules Monitor scrap levels Ensure that the Integrated Management System requirements are maintained Assist the Production Manager Ensure that all maintenance and housekeeping duties are adhered toExperience of a Production Supervisor Ideally worked in a manufacturing and production environment Must be computer literate Previous Team Leading or Supervising experience Knowledge of working with IMS Familiar with machine setup and targets Manage, train and develop staff Details of a Production Supervisor Permanent position Based in Hortonwod, Telford Working in the Dip Moulding department Days - Monday to Thursday 7am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week) Pay rate starts at £15.00 per hour and will increase to £16.50 per hour Ideally you will have done a similar role in Manufacturing and production environment If you are interested in the Production Supervisor role, based in Hortonwood, Telford - please click apply
