We service our web orders from our commercial kitchen in Vauxhall, delivering all over London, within 48 hours. We are opening a reemies brick and mortar bakery in January 202 5 so need to expand our team urgently. With many variations, reemies dairy-free banana cake is one of the most loved, wholesome and delicious cakes around. reemies also offers an extended menu of similarly homely and tasty cakes, as well as simply decorated celebration cakes. We are all about the taste, no frills! High quality, humble & M oorish. JOB ROLE BRIEF: As Baker , you will help with the daily production of all orders from start to finish. From preparing orders, baking and providing orders on time. You will work closely with a small team of 7 members , including the Owner . We are looking for a passionate and experienced Baker with great dedication for the job to give him or her the opportunity to work with in a positive and growing company where you have room to grow and develop within. Main Duties & Responsibilities: 3 years baking experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume production kitchen and with excellent discipline and standards Obsessed with food quality, consistency, food safety and kitchen hygiene Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene Understands allergens and labelling Excellent communication skills A passion for creating good food and a great people attitude A desire to succeed and push yourself forward within the business and the wider company The ideal candidate for this role will have: At least 3 years of baking experience with qualifications Must have a minimum of level 2 basic food hygiene certificate Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and work Able to work alone but also as part of a team Fluent English and right to work documentation If you are ambitious this could be a fantastic role for you so g et in touch if interested to join the team!
