Pastry Chef de Parties in our team are passionate about baking, chocolate and patisserie . They are committed and ha ve a natural drive for excellence producing the most deliciou s food. Use your eye for quality and creative flair to produce high quality food from scratch . Work closely with Pastry Sous Chef to plan menus, products and seasonal offering for the outlets. Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets. To cost all menus in accordance with the budget, record daily wastage and quantities sold. Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times . Develop the skills of the team through appropriate training , coaching and mentoring. More about you... Providing high quality service comes naturally to you.
