What We Are Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications. Previous experience working in a classroom, ideally in a Supply Teacher role. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students. Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and age groups.
