Property Management Executive (Level 2)

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager for a 4 month temporary role. This could be extended or lead to a permanent position. The successful candidate will manage a patch of 250 units across 6 schemes in West London. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to our customers across your patch. You will have the required authority, skill and support to creatively address the needs of your customers: • Being a dedicated one point of contact for your customers • Delivering operational performance against targets and KPI’s • Delivering an excellent service on budget • Ordering and managing repairs and maintenance • Carrying our property and estate inspections • Managing tenancy issues • Arrears management, income collection and reporting Compliance – legislative, industry and H&S DBS Needed
