Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Customer Support Representative, RVN qualified - 12 month FTC Antech Diagnostics are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our growing team on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will be providing remote customer and/or technical support relating to products, equipment instillation, services, along with troubleshooting for client needs. You will be solution focused with an eye for detail to provide a smooth process for our clients. A background in Veterinary Diagnostics, either as an RVN or VCA is essential to understanding the needs of the business . This is a 40 hours per week opportunity based at our Warwick site. You will work shifts between 9am - 6pm on a Monday to Saturday rota. Salary range is £28,000 - £34,00 0. Key responsibilities and attributes inclu de: First point of contact for customers using diagnostic reference laboratory serv icesLiaise across several teams, including clinical pathologists, laboratory operations, transport, external laboratories, and IT support, to ensure prompt delivery of service to clinici ans.Provides remote customer support related to Company product or service installation, training and or troubleshooting according to established policies and procedures and applicable regulatory guidel inesAdvise customers in the use of company products, equipment, and services. Provide training documentation in varying formats. Ensure customer satisfaction in the use and capability of the company products and servi ces.Troubleshoots customer problems with assistance of the inhouse technical resources and others as needed. Plans and implements strategies for addressing more complex issues as nee ded.Provides support for new customer installations following on from Field Technical Support handover, responding to any issues that arise and coordinating resolution to ensure smooth customer experie nce.Details benefits of additional company products and services as appropri ate. Work Experi ence: RVN Degree or equivalent preferred, or combination of education and industry exper ience.Technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems with the company products and ser vices.Communication skills, both written and verbal including presentation s kills.Relationship management skills, including ability to resolve difficult customer situa tions.Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments to solve problems and address customer needs.Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effect ively.
