About the role
As an Ops Centre Representative, you will be working as part of a high-performance, agile, flexible team to deliver a high-quality service supporting the key functions within Field Engineering & Operations. Supporting the business area with financial tracking, financial governance and operational support. You will also be working closely with the support teams to provide cost-effective and efficient processes. Focused on customer delivery and a result-driven record of delivering to KPI's, SLA's and customer satisfaction.
