Business Support / Co-ordinator

Business Manager Southwark Contract £22.83 per hour PAYE Our client is looking for an experienced Business Manager. Business Service Support Manager - Independent, motivated and confidently skilled communicator with ability to use understand and present data (including financial data), use Excel, and Microsoft products, ideally familiar with MOSAIC which is the database system used by social care for client records and Power Bi. To support the business functions of a busy team, including specific support to the Head Of Service and Service Manager. Will support the development of processes and functionality to ensure that meetings are scheduled and take place, that cost reviews of packages are scheduled and take place with the right people in attendance, to undertake the team's administrative tasks including monitoring email boxes, diaries and tasks required on Mosaic. The Access to Resources Team (ART) are based in Children's Social Care (Social Services) in Southwark. The fast paced ART team sources placements (homes) for children in care / care leavers / families by using an online procurement system but also through directly approaching providers when the market is slow to respond.
