Location: London (on site) Role: Head of Growth Marketing Sector: Real Estate Salary: £80-110k We're working with an incredibly mission-driven start-up that's bringing transparency, integrity and customer satisfaction to the sector. They're now looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who can develop and execute growth strategies that drive leads, boost sales and enhance brand and reputation. Reporting directly to the COO, this is a pivotal hire for the business. If you are a growth-oriented marketing leader with a proven track record of driving results in housing, real estate or proptech, this role is for you What you'll be doing:- Website Development & Management Develop and execute an effective SEO strategy to increase organic traffic. Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., PPC, social media, email marketing). Work with the Director of Marketing to Develop and manage a customer relationship management (CRM) strategy. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions What you'll need:- 7-10 years experience in a similar growth-focused marketing role Experience in B2C real estate, proptech or housing is essential Strong understanding of SEO, website management, performance marketing, CRM, and brand development. Experience working with agencies. Proficiency in analysing and interpreting data via Excel and other reporting tools. Excellent leadership and team/agency management skills. Creative thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, start-up environment. Willingness to be in the office 5 days/week.
