Property Manager

JOB TITLE:       Property Manager LOCATION:     Exeter SALARY:            £30,000 - £35,000 Depending On Experience The Employer: RGB are delighted to be supporting a leading Asset Management company in their quest to find a new Property Management professional Our client specialises in Asset Management, Investment and Development of UK Real Estate. The company focuses on providing clear guidance to investors on strategic acquisition programmes and improving property performance through proactive asset management and targeted value-add initiatives. The position we are looking to fill is for a PROPERTY MANAGER. It is of primary importance the successful candidate appreciates the company culture and has an entrepreneurial flair alongside an enjoyment for what they do. The Role: Day-to-day tasks such as managing property assets Implementing financial strategies Engaging with tenants & clients Managing rent collection & payments / disbursements Working closely with directors to align strategies with client investment objectives The ideal candidate will have: A background in property management, although training will be provided to the right person Experience working with both commercial and residential properties Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Teams Good knowledge of Property Legislation and Regulations Summary: This is full-time role, with a with flexibility for remote work There would be an expectancy to be in the Exeter based office for 4 days, most weeks Great office location, with free parking and wonderful on-site facilities On-going career progression opportunities INTERVIEW: The client is keen to fill this role quickly so if it is of interest, don’t delay in sending your CV over to us so we can put your name forward for interview stage.
