Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert mortgage advice tailored specifically for new build properties.
• Work closely with clients to guide them through the mortgage process from start to finish.
• Stay informed on the latest mortgage products and competitive interest rates for new build homes.
• Offer advice on Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, and First-Time Buyer schemes.
• Collaborate with developers and lenders to ensure clients receive the best possible mortgage solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and updates to clients throughout the process to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements:

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in mortgage advising, specifically in the new build sector.
• Deep knowledge of affordable housing schemes, government initiatives, and mortgage protection products.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Able to manage a high caseload and work within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
