We are partnered with a boutique and growing Building Consultancy who are now looking for an eager Building Surveyor to join their developing London team.

The Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to provide project and professional services to tailor their experience.

The Building Surveyor Role

The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a dynamic and inclusive practice, where they will support professional development, especially with becoming MRICS.

APC mentors will be provided.

You can expect to be working across mainly central London, providing services on prestigious buildings.

The role offers a balanced workload, with both project and professional services. You will act as a contract administrator on projects with budgets up to 15m, while providing professional services such as defect diagnosis, dilapidation's, and pre-acquisition surveys.

Projects range between 500k - 15m.

The Building Surveyor

  • Has a Consultancy / Private practice background
  • Good understanding of Building defects, Dilapidation's, Condition reports, Contracts Administration, measured surveys
  • Project Management would be good
  • Appetite to become MRICS
  • MSc / BSc in Building Surveying
  • 2+ years PQE
  • Enthusiastic character
  • Confident in front of a variety of clients
