Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
* Troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Complete work records, including safety checks and job reports.
* Work closely with clients and other team members to ensure service satisfaction.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations on all assignments.
Requirements:
* Proven maintenance experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
* Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Maintenance or equivalent).
* Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and customer service skills.
* Full UK driving license.
