Head Chef - £40,000 – Uxbridge My client is seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead the culinary team at an education site near Uxbridge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative cuisine, a strong leadership background, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. Head Chef requirements: Plan, coordinate, and oversee food preparation and cooking to consistently uphold the company's quality standards for customers and clients. Take a hands-on role in food production, managing daily kitchen operations. Increase sales through centrally planned menus, promotions, and collaboration with preferred suppliers. Ensure full compliance with food safety, health and safety (HS), and COSHH regulations. Essential skills in food innovation and staying current with food trends. Effective communicator at all levels. Superb culinary skills and good financial understanding.
