What will you be doing?
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excel in time management and organizational abilities.
- Provide leadership within a team environment, fostering collaboration and mentorship.
- Conduct advanced analytical tasks and produce high-quality reports.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, guiding their professional development.
- Display adaptability and strategic thinking in project delivery.
- Undertake complex electrical engineering building services design and calculations using advanced software.
- Produce technical specifications, reports, presentations, models, and drawings to the highest standard and within set timelines.
What are we looking for?
- Extensive experience in Building Services, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership in a senior discipline role on projects.
- Proficiency in industry-leading software such as Revit, AutoCAD, DIAlux, Trimble ProDesign, and others.
- Chartered Engineer or working towards
- Degree qualification in Building Services Engineering or related field.
- Possession of a full UK driving license with a willingness to travel.
