Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment. Experience in training users online, face to face and preparing training material. Maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders internal and external . Assisting with recruitment and interview processes. Managing employee benefits and enrolment. Providing HR support to team members and managers within the company. Coordinating with the HR team on workforce planning and resourcing. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.Profile
A successful Group HR Administrator should have:
A degree in Human Resources or a related field. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of UK employment law. Ability to handle data with confidentiality. Ability to manage own workloadJob Offer
