They pride themselves on leveraging state-of-the-art technology to deliver outstanding service and solutions. They are looking an experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant to help enhance their systems and drive their business forward. Currently they use D365 CE to help in streamlining lead management, tracking property sales opportunities, and managing customer interactions. It facilitates targeted marketing, event organization, and customer service improvement, while offering insights using analytics for better decision-making. However, they have identified other areas of the business that could benefit from upgrading their systems so need someone with strong Dynamics Sales and Marketing modules experience. Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, preferably within the real estate sector. Ideally Field Service too. Skilled in requirement gathering, system configuration, customisation, and data migration.
