Behaviour Mentor Wanted – SEN School in Slough Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are hiring a Behaviour Mentor to join our team immediately at an inclusive SEN school in Slough. Position: Behaviour Mentor Location: Slough Pay: Up to £120per day Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: * Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with emotional, social, and behavioural needs. * Develop tailored strategies to help students manage their behaviour and improve learning outcomes. * Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and families to ensure the success of behaviour plans. * Build strong relationships to motivate students and help them overcome challenges. * Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment. What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role within an educational setting. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students. * A calm, patient, and empathetic approach when working with challenging behaviour. * Flexibility and teamwork skills to adapt strategies to meet individual needs. * Passionate about making a positive impact on students' personal and academic development.
