Payrate and shifts as a Warehouse Operative: Standard pay: £11.44 p/h Shifts: Any 5 out of 6 days (Sunday to Friday - 8 hour shift) Time: 1pm to 9:30pm 45 mins break (15 mins paid)You Role as a Warehouse Operative: Your role will involve some or all of the following tasks: Picking orders using a hand-held scanner Packing items for delivery, ensuring that orders are packaged and labelled correctly Stacking boxes Labelling Arranging and tidying stock & materials Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock Checking for damaged or missing items Performing inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits Following Site Standards and safe working practices in relation to Health and Safety Communicating and cooperating with Supervisors, Team Leaders and coworkers Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience within a warehouse/DC environment Ability to interact and communicate professionally Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Good organisational and time management skills Must be able to speak and understand English language Ability to be flexible in relation to shifts & hours Must be able to work weekends as needed Our Ideal Candidate: Positive, can-do attitude Friendly and approachable Reliable, honest, and committed Team player We're a Flexible Pay Employer that offers Wagestream.
