Project Manager - London We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Groundworks and RC Frame construction to join a leading construction contractor in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take charge of complex civil engineering projects in the heart of the capital. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame projects from inception to completion. Coordinating site activities, ensuring the project adheres to schedule, budget, and quality standards. Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution. Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site. Providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to the project team. Regularly liaising with clients, stakeholders, and senior management, providing updates on project progress. Requirements: Proven experience in managing groundworks and RC frame projects. Strong knowledge of project management processes and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Experience with cost control, budgeting, and resource management. Familiarity with construction safety regulations. Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field. CSCS and SMSTS certification (or equivalent) required.
