Production Operator - Dunstable

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Packaging Machine Operator to join their busy client in Dunstable. For this role you'll need a minimum of 1 years experience operating a Packaging Machine within a factory environment.

You must be able to work on both early & late shifts!!

This role involves:

• Cleaning and wiping down the various machines and workspace areas.
• Maintaining very high standards of hygiene on the factory floor.
• Operating different machines in the packaging process of different brands.
• Regularly conducting maintenance for various machines, including diagnosing common operational problems, and repairing them.
• Ensured the correct labels and packaging were used in the appropriate slot in the assembly line.
• Strictly adhered to health and safety guidelines throughout the workspace area.
• Assisted with the numerous regular maintenances of the machines.
• Picking and packing numerous items for the manufacturing process.

To be considered for this role you must have / be:

• a minimum of 1 years experience using a packaging machine within a production environment.
• able to work at a fast pace
• able to work on both early and late shifts
• a good level of English speaking
• reliable
• a good team-player and able to work on own initiative
• computer literate
