The Role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and mentorship to develop your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates within engineering roles across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Identify and source engineering candidates using a variety of methods (job boards, LinkedIn, networking) Conduct candidate interviews and assess their suitability for client roles Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and match them with the best talent Negotiate offers and close recruitment processes Meet and exceed monthly sales targets What We're Looking For: Ambitious, goal-driven individuals with a passion for sales and recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and time management skills Any background in sales, customer service, or recruitment is beneficial but not essential Why Join Us?
