Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Tutor to deliver Management and Business Administration Apprenticeshipsto jointhe team. As one of the UK's leading work-based training organisations delivering Apprenticeship Programmes throughout the country, our client is a thriving and forward-thinking business to work in. They serve a customer base of local, national and international companies withprogrammes leading to the achievement of Apprenticeships.
Based in the North East of England working from home, the successful applicant will deliver a blend of face to face, remote and workshop delivery which will involve traveling to various sites and geographical locations delivering Apprenticeship Standards.
The main competency required for thisApprenticeship Tutor role Management and Business Administration.
Some of the required skills and abilities to perform this role include the ability to:
Communicate at all levels within a business.
Motivate individuals through achievement of their Standard and the understanding of how to set SMART targets.
Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners.
Motivate yourself and manage your own diary.
Work to and meet set targets in delivery
