About Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation

We are the official charity of Brighton and Hove Albion FC, using the power of football to change lives. We are passionate about delivering high quality, inclusive and impactful community programmes that help children, young people, and adults get active, learn new skills and improve their wellbeing throughout Sussex. If you share our commitment to making a difference in our communities then we'd love you to be part of the team.

A fantastic opportunity to join our award-winning charity

We are looking for a dedicated coach to deliver high-quality experience to all participants across the Premier League (PL) Kicks programme. You will deliver and support a range of social inclusion activities which focus on football sessions, but may include workshops, mentoring and social action projects. As part of this role, you must ensure you maintain high standards of safeguarding practice at all times.

What qualifications do you need?

It is essential that the successful candidate holds a FA Level 1 coaching qualification, a valid FA Emergency Aid certificate and valid FA Safeguarding Children certificate.

The successful candidate must also be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check).
