Sales and Customer Service Manager Role and Responsibilities Lead and mentor a small team of Travel Specialists and Customer Service staff Ensure exceptional service from inquiry through to post-trip follow-up Handle new customer inquiries putting together tailormade itineraries and personally drive sales to meet personal and team targets Analyse sales data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement Conduct performance evaluations and offer development opportunities to enhance team success.
