People Advisor

Due to continued success and expansion, our Client, a UK wide, market leading, multi-site service provider are keen to appoint an experienced People Advisor. This is an exciting, new, permanent HR Generalist job, based in Belfast. Our client is a non-profit organisation with an impressive history and future vision. The People Advisor will enjoy working as part of a fast paced, dynamic People Team offering support to multiple sites across Belfast. The successful People Advisor will be based in East Belfast but operate across multiple sites across the City, providing expert advice and guidance across the full range of HR employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment and onboarding, absence and performance management, to resolving employee relations issues. This is an extremely varied, generalist HR opportunity where no 2 days are the same. The Role Build effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders Provide advice and guidance to support with a range of HR policies and HR related issues. Ensure compliance of relevant HR legalisation Manage recruitment and selection campaigns Support absence management, employee relations, recognition and reward, performance management and development. Work closely with the People Team to support the delivery of key objectives.
