Job Role: Welder Team Leader Location: Mansfield Salary: £35,000 per annum Metalis are currently working with a manufacturer who are looking for a Welding Team Leader to join their team. Duties: Oversee the day to day of the shop floor activities Train and develop colleagues Report to the Operations Manager Ensure quality standards are met Ensure welds are meeting the quality criteria Conduct toolbox talks with the team Job Requirements: 5 years expeirence in light/medium engineering environment Experience with MIG & MMA Welding Able to read and work from engineering drawings Experience leading a team Experience using various workshop machinery Salary, Shift & Benefits: £35,000 per annum Days regular If this is a role you're interested in, please apply with your CV
