Part Time Finance Assistant

CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with our Mere, Dorset client.  Who are currently in need of a part time Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis, around 28 hours a week.  Our client is a £9M T/O manufacturing business who offers a fantastic working environment with onsite café, free gym facilities and parking. As the Finance Assistant you will be working closely with the Management Accountant supporting in transactional finance duties. What will the Finance Assistant role involve? Purchase ledger, matching Purchase order numbers to invoices. Query resolution. Supplier reconciliations. Setting up payment runs. Expenses and credit cards. Foreign currencies. Support in month end closing of the ledger. Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy: Previous purchase ledger experience. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Confident excel and system user. AAT studier, or equivalent qualification or qualified by experience. Additional benefits and information for the role of Finance Assistant: 25 days holiday + BH.
