Compliance Supervisor

We are actively looking for a Compliance Supervisor to join a charity organisation covering London area on a permanent basis. As the Compliance Supervisor, you will be: Lead on the development and successful submission of a Building safety cases Main point of contact with regards to fire safety within the property portfolio and other buildings Ensure that the programme of fire safety risk assessments is delivered and ensuing works ordered to specification and in accordance with the Fire Safety Strategy In conjunction with the Head of Property develop and implement the fire strategy including any relevant statutory documentation Compliance Supervisor experience / qualifications: Previous experience of policy and project management within an organisation providing frontline housing services Experience of team management and the ability to demonstrate change management experience Qualification in construction, maintenance or related field A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of building safety legislation As the Compliance Supervisor, you will receive: £48000 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays Flexible/Hybrid working Free gym/fitness benefits Employee discount and reward schemes Health plans Long service award schemes If this sounds like you and you would like to apply for the position as Compliance Supervisor, call Alex on (phone number removed) or send your updated CV to alex.millard @(url removed)
