Bid Coordinator

Adecco are currently recruiting for a Bid Coordinator to join a market leading manufacturing organisation based Kettering on a Permanent basis. Job title: Bid Coordinator Salary: £26k Location: Kettering (office based) Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Responsibilities: Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals and bids to meet client specifications and deadlines Liaise with various departments to gather accurate information and documents for bid preparation Produce high quality written and visual tender submissions Compile quotations for tender submissions and other projects including sourcing pricing Ensure the tender specification/brief has been adhered to, making suggestions and offering cost effective solutions Liaise with other departments to gather information for submissions and bid library Self and peer review of submissions Any other duties as directed by a manager or director The ideal candidate: Experience of Bid writing preferred Excellent written and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met Project co-ordination skills Excellent attention to detail Problem solving Teamwork and collaboration Excellent communication skills NumerateBenefits: * Pension scheme * 25 days holiday along with bank holidays * Bonus scheme linked to successful projects * Opportunity for hybrid working after training and probationary period is complete * Access to offers and services available through HR software * Potential to receive monthly rewards If you have any further questions please contact Adecco Kettering & Wellingborough on (phone number removed).
