Recruitment Consultant, Hospitality - Temps

Our client is a leading Scottish Hospitality recruitment business, and part of a major UK Group. Now, with a renewed focus on growing their Scottish business they are looking for a talented, committed Temp Consultant to join their team based in great offices in central Glasgow, to manage and develop the huge range of opportunities across their enormous, long-established client base.

If you love the cut and thrust and thrive in the fast pace of Temp recruitment (ideally within Hospitality, but not a must as they'll train and support you), and want the backing of a great brand and hugely experienced, successful team and business behind you, then this role could fit like a glove.

It's a 'warm' desk and full end-to-end, 360 role, dealing with a large existing client base and candidate pool, while also providing the opportunity to develop some new business and grow your candidate network to better meet the needs of those clients. It's not a typical 9-5 job, but it absolutely will be fun, fast paced, challenging, exciting and rewarding!

With a focus on professionalism, service and quality, you'll get the chance to work on the full range of Hospitality roles and make a real contribution to developing the Scottish business and building on an already successful, long-standing track record of delivery and growth.

If you can show some relevant recruitment and/or sales experience, and a real energy and commitment to develop yourself and your career, then they are ready to reward you well with a basic salary ranging from £26,000-£30,000 (DOE), a great uncapped commission scheme, a holiday and benefits package & focus on your persona development and training that you'd expect from a market leader.
